Brainstorming Possible Ritual Ideas

So our next task is to think of a 'ritual' that portrays the notion of homely within ourselves. When I think of home, the main thing that springs to my mind is my mother, and grandmother's baking. I was brought up on it and some of their recipes have been passed down to myself. 

The smell of baking reminds me of my childhood and growing up therefore I feel that there is nothing more apt than representing homely than baking.

Defining the Notion of Homely

So our first piece of work that we have been set is to define the notion of homely in small groups. Defining what it means in general but also thinking about what it may mean individually.
