Rough Curved Concrete Roof Sketches

As I have outlined in my precedent work I have decided to use reinforced concrete in order to create curvature forms to create a sense of security whist creating aesthetic appeal, as well as portraying my spatial generator term kotikoti by slicing the roof in half.

These are the sketches that I am happy with at the present stage - showing two elevations and a plan drawing of a potential roof structure. It will be similar to that of Richard Miere's Church of 2000 in which it will be combing the materials of white reinforced concrete with glass to create an expansive open floor living plan with a lot of natural light. I will now begin to model this using clay to see how it turns out.
